Added in folder restrictions to the BRCA and CRC import RTH methods (import sh scripts) to prevent Oxford data being loaded after the 16/05/2024, when the data format changed.
Files from 2024-15-16 had the two additional columns added to the data signifying the start of the format change.
145 fields chosen to import prior to restrictions added vs 118 post-changes.
